Wooden Nickel Funding gladly invites licensed mortgage brokers to refer business to us and we will pay you a referral commission. We shy away from the typical "broker daisy chains" so you must be able to give us direct access to the borrower. We promise to always protect you and we guarantee you get paid at or directly after closing. We will pay brokers a commission of 2-5 points depending on the specs of the deal.

Beware, some states have outlawed licensed real estate agents from receiving referral fees or mortgage broker commissions from lenders. In states where such laws exist we will abide by the state law and will not pay any referral fees or commission licensed agents.
